Breathwork works over zoom! It’s an incredible platform that brings us all together. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. Make it work for you and your schedule. Recordings of sessions included in pricing so you can revisit them over and over again as needed. I love this option for you.
Sessions are one to one and a half hours. After booking you will receive an email with how to set up your space and what to bring to the space. Let’s do the magic.
Private Breathwork Sessions (In Person)

Pricing varies depending on the location requested. If you can come to me, the pricing is for the session and the space. If I travel to you, which I am more than willing to do for you, there might be additional fees. Please inquire by choosing this option. You will not be charged a penny until we figure out what works best for you. In person sessions have a very special quality. You may only need one or two to start and then your own private work and zoom sessions can follow the flow.
